Can someone participate in a Planet Valentino Speed Dating event more than once?

Why do I need to book in advance?

Rendezvous Speed Dating events fill up quickly. So it's better to book well in advance of the event you wish to attend to avoid disappointment.

What's your policy if I want to cancel my booking?

Planet Valentino will refund tickets if you are unable to attend provided you give us a prior intimation at least 7 business days in advance before the date of the event. Please be aware that we require this notice as to not have an adverse effect on the equal number of males and females per event. If you have paid for a ticket and you cannot make the event, you may transfer the ticket to a friend provided he or she is of the same sex as you and within the same age range. However, you have inform the name of the person and his contact details to us at least 7 days in advance to whom you will likely transfer the ticket.

Are there certain questions that I shouldn't ask?

In order to ensure a pressure-free mood, we ask participants not to request personal details such as telephone numbers or email addresses. If you like someone you date, make sure you select him or her on your dating card.
